HUM 2220 - Greek and Roman Humanities
Credits: 3
Prerequisites: ENC 1101 with a grade of “C” or higher.
An integrated examination of dominate ideas in Western culture as expressed in art, literature, music, philosophy, and religion. HUM 2220 covers the period from the Aegean Civilization through the Roman era, emphasizing the development and influence of classical idea. The course will focus on cultural expressions from the Western canon. HUM 2220 is a Gordon Rule writing course as defined by SBE Rule 6A-10.030.
