FIN 3400 - Financial Management

Prerequisites: ACG 2021C, ACG 2071 and ECO 2013, or ECO 2023 with a grade of “C” or higher.
This is an introductory course in managerial finance in which the students gain a clear, basic understanding of the fundamentals of finance and its related decision-making. The course will cover all elements of organizational finance from budget development to finance management, and from procurement to accounting and auditing. A key component of the course will be the student’s preparation and presentation of an organizational budget.
