MAN 4301 - Human Resource Management Credits: 3
Prerequisites: GEB 3213 and BUL 3130 with a grade of “C” or higher. This course is a study of the function of human resource management including recruitment, selection, benefits and compensation, performance evaluation, development of employees, and formulation of human resources procedures. The strategic role of human resources and current issues will be discussed.
