MAN 4504 - Operational Decision Making Credits: 3
Prerequisites: GEB 3213 and MAN 3353 with a grade of “C” or higher. This course focuses on operational decision making techniques to improve the management of processes and improve effectiveness and productivity in organizations. These topics will be covered: quality, efficiency, forecasting, work-flow processes, inventory control, design of goods and services, and waiting lines. Project management discussion will include how to identify needs, define tasks, assign and track items, and control progress.
