HUS 3314 - Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy Credits: 3
Prerequisites: PSY 2012 with a grade of “C” or higher. This course provides an in-depth understanding of cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT), focusing on its theoretical foundations, techniques, and applications. Students learn evidence-based strategies for addressing psychological and behavioral challenges across diverse populations.
