CJL 1062 - Constitutional Law Credits: 3
Prerequisites: CCJ 1020 with a grade of “C” or higher. A study of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Major focus on current constitutional issues and the need/goal to ensure individual liberties while promoting public order and security. Special emphasis on constitutional rights of citizens, including the criminally accused, and the constitutional limits placed on police/government power.
