NUR 1140 - Clinical Pharmacology


Credits: 3

Prerequisites: NUR 1020  and NUR 1020L  with a grade of “C” or higher.
This course introduces the student to basic pharmacological concepts. Students learn pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, drug classifications and prototypical drugs, drug dosages, drug interactions, legal/ethical considerations, and related nursing interventions.
