AML 2020 - American Literature II Credits: 3
Prerequisites: ENC 1102 with a grade of “C” or higher. AML 2020 is a study of selected American writers and literary trends from mid-19th century to the present. The readings will include selections from the Western canon. Written analysis of literary works may be required. Students will be provided with opportunities to practice critical interpretation. AML 2020 is a Gordon Rule writing course as defined by SBE Rule 6A-10.030.
