PLA 2114 - Legal Research and Writing II

Prerequisites: PLA 1104 with a grade of “C” or higher.
This course is a continuation of Legal Research and Writing I (PLA 1104) and emphasizes problem analysis, legal research, and writing techniques. In addition to drafting legal documents, students will present the results of research on legal topics.
