HIM 2512 - Supervision, Organization and Management

Prerequisites: HIM 1110 with Lab with a grades of “C” or higher.
This course provides an introduction to departmental management including principles of management, operational management, human resource management, and financial management. Emphasis will be on team building, identifying and understanding customers, self-discovery, and leadership.
